Wholesale Terms & Conditions

1. Orders Procedures / Payment Methods:

1.1) All sales are final.  No exchange. For defective items’ replacement and repair, please refer to Limited Warranty Coverage (point 4 below).

2. Prices:

2.1) Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

2.2) Prices listed exclude shipping and handling fees. Email us for all shipping quotes.

2.3) All prices are only confirmed Sales Orders issued. Please specify your requirements on the version of the goods, otherwise goods are ship on a random basis.

3. Shipping Policy / Insurance / Import Duty:

3.1) Our liability ends once the courier service takes custody of the item. This simply means our liability on each shipment ceases at the point of drop off or hand over to the courier service.  If the item is lost from this point afterwards, we will not take any responsibility unless shipping insurance was purchased.

3.2) Shipment does not come with any standard insurance. Shipping insurance option is available for buyers; please contact us regarding shipping insurance quotation for your goods.

3.3) Customers are responsible for any import duties that arise from importation.

4. Limited Warranty Coverage:

4.1) All items sold by us are brand new and the physical condition is examined by our Quality Control (QC), therefore we will not accept return or refund base on the claim of item that is scratched, used or has blind spots.

4.2) Our limited warranty services only covers Dead on Arrival (DOA) products with no exceptions.  Damage caused by abnormal use or conditions, misuse, abuse, accidental damage, improper handling or storage are strictly excluded in our limited warranty services.

4.3) Customers must record and send us the (IMEI / UPC / Serial Number) of the product within 24 hours of the confirmed delivery of the order for repair, replacement or credit if applicable.  We do have the right to decide whether we do repair, replace, or refund regarding the DOA.

Our warranty services do not apply to any product that has had its serial number altered, defaced or removed.

4.4) Any defects occurring after the expiration of the warranty period (24 hours after package delivered) is not accepted. Customers are responsible for returning shipping fees.

4.5) When a return is authorized, we advise you to ship via an insured carrier and obtain a tracking number for your package. As Gadget87.com is not responsible for damages or loss incurred in shipping, we requested you securely pack the product in a box using bubble wrap. Please return the entire DOA product with all the accessories. Missing items may not be accepted for replacement.

4.6) Before you return your items, you must contact us and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  Any returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted by us. Customers assumes all responsibility for the package until it is delivered back to us.

5. Product Compatibility/Specification/Colour Choices:

5.1) Customers are responsible for ensuring the product compatibility (network dependent features and firmware related issue) with their network operator / service provider, i.e. MMS / GPRS / WAP / SMS / Data Transfer.

5.2) Customer should be aware that network dependent features and firmware issues are not covered by our limited warranty coverage.  Please refer to our limited warranty coverage section for details.

5.3) Customers should also be aware that items purchased from us might not be intended for your country or region by the manufacturer.  Therefore, the language specification on the device and user guide might or might not fully support the language that you desire.

5.5) Language version, firmware version and colour are shipped at a random basis unless prior arrangement is made by the customer. For mobile phone purchases, the keypad will support both alphabetic and numeric characters.  However, some versions or models possess additional language characters. Customers should put down all their requests on their Purchase Order (P.O.).  Once goods are shipped, no exchange will be granted on language version, firmware version and colour choices.

5.6) We do not guarantee your requested language version, firmware version and colour will be available for the same price. However, we do have an obligation to notify you regarding the availability and price of the version or colour you request before your order is shipped.

6. Our Liability:

6.1) Gadget87.com does not provide any warranty on our products. Most products do not carry manufacture warranty, if products do carry a manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly. Gadget87.com will not provide any assistance.

6.2) Any recall on products by manufacturers will not be handled through Gadget87.com.
Customers should contact the manufacturer directly for any related questions or inquiries.

6.3) Gadget87.com do not have any obligations to provide any technical support on the purchased product. Please contact the manufacturer or your service provider directly for technical and product assistance.
