Where is Gadget87 located?
Gadget87 is a Hong Kong registered incorporated business. We are currently, solely, an online based company with the scope for opening an operating centre in Hong Kong in the coming year. As such, correspondence is through email and phone.
What currency is my order billed in?
For PayPal payments, all orders will be billed based on the currency you have selected.
For credit card payments a few currencies are accepted. Please refer to the accepted currencies in the payment options in the checkout section.

We accept Australian Dollars, British Pounds, Canadian Dollars, Euros, New Zealand Dollars, US Dollars and Hong Kong Dollars.
Do purchases on our website come with any manufacturer warranty?
All phones and cameras that we stock are parallel imported items and as such orders do not include manufacturer warranties. However, at Gadget87 we do offer 6-month Gadget87 warranty on phones, tablets, cameras and camcorders purchased through our website. At Gadget87 we also have a return policy that provides a high level of customer satisfaction guarantee. Can I order by phone, fax, or any other methods other than online checkout?
Unfortunately, at this time we only accept orders placed directly through our website, via online checkout, in order to protect your personal information. Other methods are only available if you have subscribed to our wholesale/ dropshipping service (please refer to the Wholesale/ Dropshipping link in the navigation bar at the top of the page or the Wholesale/ Dropshipping link in the footer section of our website.

What is the charge for shipping and tax?
Shipping rates vary due to the weight of the product as well as the shipping destination. Customers can check the estimated shipping rate in the shopping cart or a confirmed shipping rate in the checkout page. For all international orders (outside the US), customers are responsible for the custom and import duties.
What does SIM free / SIM unlocked mean?
SIM Free: This means that your phone purchase does not include a SIM card.
Unlocked: This means that the phone is not locked to any particular phone service provider. Before you make a decision to purchase a particular phone, please make sure that the frequency of your mobile phone network is compatible with the phone you wish to purchase. There is no commitment to any minimum term contract to buy our phones.
Will the phone I purchase work in my country?
Within the United States and Canada, the majority of mobile devices use the GSM 1900 bandwidth. In the UK, Australia and most parts of Asia, with the exception of Japan and South Korea, the main networks used are GSM 900 / GSM 1800.

Can I use the provided charger in my country?
Quad band / Tri band phones come with travel chargers (100-240V) and no transformer is needed. Dual band phones usually come with 220V chargers. We will provide you a compatible plug adaptor free with your order.
When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped usually within 1 – 2 business days after payment is received.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can. After you have placed your order on Gadget87.com we will send you an email with your order details and order status. You may also check the order status and details in your account on our website.
Simply login to your account on Gadget87.com and go to your Buying History to view all of your previous orders. You will able to review the details for each of your orders as well as the price, the purchased item and the order status.
Whenever the status of your order has been updated, you will be notified via email by our customer service representatives. Once your order has been shipped to you your tracking number will be sent to your email.
The tracking number can also be viewed online in the Buying History section of your account together with the shipping service used so you can track your order progress online.
What forms of payment do you accept?

Why do I need the Credit Card authorization form?
For security reasons, we will randomly select orders to request additional verification information. We will then send out the Credit Card authorization form to our customers to fill in. This will help speed up the credit card approval process and ensure that your purchase will be delivered on time.
